π Start your day with prospecting your leads, FSBO, Expired, Community Residents, Farm Area, or Sphere of Influence - Prospecting Form.
π§ Take this information and make sure it is updated in FUB under client profiles.
π€ Update FUB with any new contacts from today's calls.
π Review the latest MLS Hot Sheet for new listings or market updates.
β Ensure all Tasks in FollowUpBoss (FUB) are reviewed and completed.
π Check for new events within the company and confirm upcoming appointments on your personal Calendar.
π Get with Emily to create LA's and BBA's, go into LP and create CMA's and Listing Presentations.
π Review the Recently Active Tab in FUB for potential clients to reconnect with.
π₯ Follow up with leads marked as hot, making sure to check in at least twice per week.
π Check all To Dos in BoldTrail and update accordingly.
π§πΌ Make sure the Copilot is updated, whether working with a Buyer or Seller.
