What happens when I first join the Home Hub?

Within the first week, we complete a full property inspection. Every system, appliance, and component is photographed, recorded, and documented. This “Day-1 Baseline” gives you a clear, verified picture of your home so the next decisions you make for your home are based on facts, not guesswork — allowing you to take a proactive rather than reactive approach and save money during your term of ownership, and even more at the point of sale.

How do you choose and manage the vendors who work on my home?

Every vendor must meet strict standards before we introduce them to a client. Once approved, they’re continuously evaluated on quality, timeliness, and fairness of pricing. If a vendor doesn’t meet expectations, they don’t stay in our network. Our model has many advantages, including our Vendor Directors. These Directors are best-in-class in their respective categories and oversee vendors and service providers from a management position. This structured organizational approach offers clients and advisors a level of accountability and transparency that has not existed until now.

What are SmartZones, and how do they benefit me?
